Brewery Tap and Events Assistant

We are looking for friendly and skilled individuals to join our team as Brewery Tap and Events Assistants.

Brewery Tap and Event Assistants will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests during our weekly tap room openings, weddings and special events.

Duties:

- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take drink orders and provide recommendations on drink selections

- Ensure the Tap Room/Event Space is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times

- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently

- Help across the whole brewery when needed

- Work as part of our events team during weddings and special events in our event space, The End Hemmel. Duties will include cleaning and setting up the space, working on the bar and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Person Specification:

- Aged 18 or over 

- Previous experience in hospitality

- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

- Ability to work well in a small team and have a proactive attitude

- Basic knowledge or interest in learning more about beer is a plus

- We are based on a farm in a rural location with no direct access to public transport so access to a car is essential.

Job Type: Zero Hours

Pay:  £12.60 per hour
